FIDE World Cup U8-12 girl’s and boy’s play-off stage ended in Batumi on July 2. U8 boys final match between Mikhail Markov and Omer Dede (Turkey) finished in favor of the Turkish player 0:2 and Mikhail finished second.
U8 girls section saw another silver medal won by Varvara Volkova from Russia.
