African Chess League: 4th Round Results!

On August 16, the latest stage of the “African League” international online tournament series took place on the Lichess platform as part of our flagship project “Chess Diplomacy”

Team Equatorial Guinea surged into first place, preventing Team Madagascar (whose top players were competing in their National Championship this time) from securing a third consecutive victory. Silver traditionally went to Ethiopia’s Theophilus Chess Sport Club, while team FEMADE+, representing Mali, rounded out the top three.
