The Moscow region wins the silver medals of online chess tournament of the third Sports Games of the Saint Alexander Nevsky

After 8 rounds our team scored 12 match points and finished 2-nd, only behind the team from Belarus. It is worth mentioning the performance of Tatiana Klyueva who won all her eight games. She has recently become an U17 absolute champion of the Moscow Region, where men and women played in one tournament. Arseniy Sukhoguzov finished second on board 2, while Oleg Russkikh came third on board 1.
As for the over the board tournament that is under way in Saint-Petersburg, after the second day the regional team is currently third. Our region is represented by Alexander Fedosov, Ruslan Minkahydarov, Uliana Bubnova and Alexandra Morozova under the command of the senior coach Igor Kovpak.
