Sofia Gaer became the silver medalist in the final of the Russian Youth Cup!

The Cup final titled «Udmurtia 2025» took place in Izhevsk from December 4 to 10. The 64 best participants from 28 Russian regions, selected based on previous stages of the RYC, competed for prizes and awards.
Sofia Gaer demonstrated an excellent result, scoring 5 out of 7 points and taking second place. Congratulations!
In addition to Sofia, two other young Moscow region chess players participated in the prestigious competition: Sofia Bulik (girls under 11) and Oleg Russkikh (boys under 15).
